We provide a platform where:
Individuals and families (“Clients”) can find caregivers such as nannies, tutors, drivers, and child care professionals (“Providers”).
Providers can create profiles, list their services, and connect with Clients.
We do not employ, recommend, or guarantee the services of any Provider. We are not responsible for the conduct, qualifications, or background of any user of the platform.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer third-party background screening services.
Consent: By registering as a Provider, you agree to undergo a background check and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for this purpose.
No Guarantee: A completed background check does not constitute a certification, guarantee, or endorsement by our platform.
Client Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before hiring any Provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You may not impersonate another person or use another user’s account.
You agree not to:
Post false or misleading information.
Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
Violate any local, state, or federal law.
Attempt to access data not intended for you or breach our security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
Our platform may facilitate communication between Clients and Providers. All compensation terms are arranged directly between users. We are not a party to any employment or payment contract between users unless explicitly stated.
You retain ownership of content you post.
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operation and promotion of the Service.
We do not employ or endorse any Provider.
We do not guarantee the suitability, legality, or safety of any user.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or personal injury, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of:
Your use of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your interactions or agreements with other users.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
